Remove The Rocker Panel And The Quarter Panel
First remove the molding above the quarter panel by removing the screw in the wheel well. Then remove the rest of the screws below that one. Then knock out the rivets in the door sill and below the car. Next remove the 3 or 4 screws in the front wheel well. With a little persuasion the quarter panel and the rocker panel should come off. |

Cutting Front Fender
Cut 3/4" off the fender behind the wheel to make room for the Rocker Panel. Test fit to see how it looks.

Cutting In The Door Sill
Cut the corners and the edge in the door sill. There is an indentation which it should sit inside. See video that comes with the rocker panels to see what I mean. |

Attaching The Roocker Panels
You can see that I used screws to attach the rocker panel inside the door sill. I drilled new holes and used self tightening screws. In my opinion it is the cleanest looking way to do this. |

To attach the rocker panel to the bottom ot the car I used 1/4'' screws with a washer and a lock washer and a nut on the other side.

Notching The Bottom
Not sure if you have to do this but I thought It would be a good idea. I notched out where the jacking point is so that when I jack it up it does not crack the rocker panel.

Cutting Holes To Attatch Molding
I placed the panel on the car and marked where I had to cut so I could attach the molding. I then pulled it away from the car. Use something to keep it pried away from the body. I used a dremel with a grinder to make these openings. |
